After our experience having our Citroen C4 diesel serviced, we felt it necessary to thank you and your team for the brilliant work, and that extra dedication shown. Our initial contact with you and your team was reassuring and comforting. We have been not only pleasantly surprised at the cost of services with Continental Cars, but also impressed with the level of contact explaining the service before each step, as well as the efforts to ensure we understood when and why each maintenance and service step has been required along with the relevant costing be they labour, parts or consumables

I bought my 1st car from here in 1986 and have since bought new vehicles and had friends buy new and 2nd hand vehicles from here. As its a family business it means you are dealing with the owners unlike my experiences in many other car yards. Always a + for this place. The loan car often available when I'm booked for a service is a real winner for me.

I have been a customer of the Citroën Centre since 1991. In that time I have purchase numerous new and used Citroëns from them and had all my servicing attended to by them. Their focus on the Citroën marque plus the experienced staff and technicians are second to none. They are truly passionate about the brand and have stuck by it even through some very tough years when the range was slim and the prices, due to silly import tariffs, where steep. They continue to invest in dealership and servicing improvements. I highly recommend them.

What might have once been an honest family business, is just now another dodgy car dealership. Despite the seemingly sincere demeanour of management, I have had my car damaged during servicing and then been charged for its repair. They avoid fixing warranty problems and are incapable of diagnosing vehicle faults. When we purchased our vehicle their prices were marginally cheaper than other dealerships, however the issues we have encountered subsequently have negated any saving we may have made. BE WARNED.
