Today I received delivery of my fish. Granted i spent quite a bit of money on it but all the fish that I received are doing well and all have started to lay eggs for me. I loved the way the staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back to purchase more fish in future from them.

Over-priced, terrible service, terrible advice; clearly driven by profits with no concern for the animals in their care. When I first went there they (knowingly or otherwise) sold me fragile fish for a new tank, and tried to push me into buying more expensive plants and equipment I didn't want or need. On a subsequent visit when I eventually managed to get attention from a staff member (by waiting in line at the counter) she couldn't answer my questions and refused to refer me to anyone who could. Their display tanks are impressive, however the lack of service/knowledge and care for the animals being sold (especially the reptiles and bettas) is disturbing.

Drove all the way from Cranbourne to see this place cos a friend used to come here years ago. I came in, wasnt greeted. I wanted to but quite an expensive tank (about $5000). After waiting 15 minutes, i asked to speak with someone who said she couldnt help me. She said the man who could help was out. I asked for him to call me, left my mobile and havnt heard back from them? In this climate is it wise to throw away business like this. Look after your customers and they will look after you!!!
