If you love coffee then you will love this place! This has in my opinion the best coffee in sydney. Always at a perfect temperature and always perfectly made! if you love coffee you need to do this for yourself.

Sweet smooth coffee, no need for sugar, enjoy the flavour. Have been twice and will be back when I am in the area again. Go only for coffee, don't expect to pick up something to eat while you are there, they don't have anything.

Go, there, go there, go there. By far my favourite roaster in the inner west. Amazing blends, single origins and exotic varieties expertly roasted by genuine coffee scientists..! Their opening time are a bit of a challenge so make sure to get their before 3pm on a sat (not open sundays). For hot summer days make sure to try on of their sparkly coffees... kinda feels like a refreshing and ligt bodied Guiness - amazing!

Coffee: Alchemy Passion: 10/10. Crema: 10/10 (Top 10 in Sydney) Last time I came here I was reviewing the cafe for another site and ordered a mac at every place I went (as a commonality to by-pass the issues with many cafes I tried only having a house blend), but this time espressos were the only way to move forward. On a side note, there is something magical about drinking coffee in a room tinged with acrid smell of roasting coffee. Kind of like drinking single malt in a room tinged with cigar smoke... but I digress.... I started off with an Indonesian single origin from Sulawesi (Toarco Jaya) and it was fan-bloody-tastic. Normally I would expect the Indonesian coffees to be quite timid, and yet this one was robust, warm, with a hint of spice and an awesome smooth finish. If nothing else this first espresso shows roasters how they should be letting the coffee speak for itself, and avoiding over roasting the beans. Next up, on the advice of the barista (and one should always take advice from their barista), I went for a Honduras (Las Golondrinas) espresso, and it was equally delicious. Much more citrusy and a bit brighter, but still just as smooth and delicious. It is a great cafe that can whack out coffee like this, so I guess this must be an awesome cafe. N.B. There is #powerwhoring available at the table opposite the scales, but seating is very limited. No public WiFi is available. There is a toilet out the back (ask staff)

They say that the coffee here is known over the world as one of Sydney best. As much as the hype had been around, I personnaly did not regret going there, the only regret is that I did not do it soon enough. The espresso I had butter like texture, combination of sugars & acidity, that brought out the winey flavours, had to ask for another cup as a good punishment.. well worth the visit. Good to know the rumours were right!
