0/3 The doctors are excellent and very friendly. However, the receptionist is a big disappointment. The level of customer service that a sick paying customer would expect was not there. We are disappointed because she's abrupt, rude, no smile and I didn't feel like I was treated like a person and a paying customer. This receptionist must understand that without customer they don't have wage. I felt like next time my family require a doctor services, I'll go to Gordon Surgery even though it's further away.
