I wish I had read these reviews before I got involved with this mob - the salesman was fantastic but not backed up by the owners Sarah and her husband Steve who should not be in business. Rude and unhelpful - Do Not touch with a barge pole - with the economic situation the way it is give your money to a more deserving business.

Some of the worst service I have received. Arrogant & rude!!! Spend your $$ with somewhere else who understands what good customer service means. This place just doesn't care! I will never set foot in there again.

I agree with the review from leef. They are rude and very unprofessional. They made a mistake with my quote but there attitude was accept it or get lost. Plenty of other kitchen places to choose from who will actually want your business.

I recently went to see Cut n Edge panel factory regarding a kitchen I wanted made. The lady I spoke to at the start was semi-helpful, telling me she'd get back to me within a few days. Having not heard anything a week later I called her - and still shake my head at the response - incredibly rude. When I asked if someone else could call me back to discuss her reply was "I'll have to get your phone no. out of the bin first". Needless to say she didn't pass on my message and I've since found fantastic, reasonable, reliable cabinetmakers just around the corner. Don't waste your time with these cowboys.
