3/3 I have been an unhappy customer of TIOs since Craig Byrnes died in 2003 in a motor vehicle and washed away off the Victoria River Bridge. TIO has gone to great lengths to not pay a claim for his surviving children. His case is before Delia Lawrie. I have asked her to investigate the way in which TIO treats their customers and the way they breach federal law to save on paying a claim. I do not support the way that the bloke injured people due to trying to get a message across to TIO but I totally understand the feelings of frustration and anger!
