0/3 I don't know what it is with this Dick Smith. I can hardly ever get through to this store on the phone. Once I asked if they'd price match a computer with JB hifi's price, and the woman rudely said no and claimed they'd "Lose money". Funny because they recently had a 10% off computers sale which was the exact price I was asking for. Asked again a few weeks later and they said they would do it. Once again I am struggling to get through on the phone as we speak. Bad service, struggle for the customers. I'll stick to JB thanks.

0/3 The only good thing is the lovely I.T. service people. But the salesman I had was awful! He didn't listen to me, he was condescending, uninformative and a downright liar. Found much better service elsewhere.
