0/3 I was ready to hand over my credit card to pay for a pair of jeans i was buying as a present. The sales assistant refused me to take a photo of the jeans to send to my friend to confirm the colour i was about to purchase was the right one. i walked straight out and went to Dakota 501 across the road. Great service and cheaper jeans. I guess i won after all. if Diesel read this: the incident occurred @: 5.30pm on monday the 11th october 2010 and it was a tall lady retail assistant. highly suggest replacing your staff with friendly approachable staff that want to help customers.
