I've never had a better hairdresser, and I've been to the best in Sydney and Canberra. She is one of those professionals you always wish for: highly skilled, consummate in her execution of every detail, and just a lovely person too! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the very best. I'm devastated that I am moving overseas in a few months, I won't find another hairdresser like her. Thank you Jess!

Very professional, and the staff made me feel completely comfortable. The girl that did my hair made made it look amazing and also showed me some of her 'hair tricks' to use at home to do it myself. While I was there, a wedding party was getting there hair done as well. I have only seen hair done like that in movies and magazines, it was completely jaw dropping work. Thanks Epic staff for the great experience.

EXCELLENT! Great service and atmosphere. I had an appointment with, Miranda, who asked me what look I wanted, how I wanted it to sit, how much length I wanted left, etc. They actually listen to what you want and cut accordingly! I will definitely be a regular client, because nothing is better than walking out with what you had in mind before you walked in.

First time visit was today and had my hair cut, coloured and blow dried by Jo. She was very professional and lovely - very genuine! To say I was happy with the end result is an understatement! Colour is amazing and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Jo and the lovely team - I will definitely be back.
