I had an average experience here (there's no Average mark). The repair/service was fine but the attitude I got from the manager/person quoting was not very helpful or customer friendly. Brought my car in for a puncture repair and found out I needed 2 new tyres. This was a surprise and a shock since I'd just spend $550+ on another car's service the day before so I really didn't want to spend another few hundred on a car. The person quoting was not providing very good service/help as he was pushing mechanical decisions to me rather than recommending what I should do e.g.. Manager: you need two new rear tyres (explains why), Me: How much? (bit of back and forth about options) OK (after much hesitation and thinking) Manager: do you want them on the front or the back?" Me: I don't know. Why would you put them on front if the rear ones need replacing? Which is better? Manager "you should put them on the front (gives explanation)". Do you want a wheel alignment with that? Me: "Why do I need a wheel alignment?" etc. This went on several times where I really had to question him to get the best service.

Thanks to the team at killara garge for sorting out a very annoying problem with our car. car kept cutting out randomly making it dangerous to drive, had been to two other places who were either unwilling or unable to fix the problem.the guys at killara garage stuck at it until it was fixed. the car is now safe for my wife & kids.

These guys quoted 3 times the price to fix my car than other mechanics, and then charged almost $300 for the privilege. I will never go there again with my BMW
