3/3 IPhone 5 water damaged and totally dead. Another place at Westfield had it for 3 days and said I'd lost everything and nothing they could do. Took it to fmip and they managed to recover my data and recover to my other iPhone, so happy. Additionally they said they could fix the phone but the cheapest option would be to get Apple to replace the phone (and get the proper warranty as well). Loved the honesty, speedy turn around, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

3/3 I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 3G. A friend had given me his 3G as he had upgraded to the iPhone 4. I brought in both phones to have the screens swapped. I walked in on a Saturday (expecting a long wait), but was surprised by the speedy service. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Prior to goinng to this place I had called around getting quotes on how much it would cost to swap screens. I was surprised to know that I saved more than 50% compared to other places. Awesome service and pricing
