Since they changed the management, a couple of months ago, if you want a little piece of mind on selling your house, then STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM these clowns! We had a terrible and horrific experience with them. A simple process to sell our property turned out to be a worst nightmare because of Conveyancing Co's incompetence, non-existing professionalism, non-existing management and non-existing communication with anyone involved. We had to keep chasing them up for standard service you would expect for paying a solicitor. They did not even send us a settlement statement which we had to chase it up. They did not even confirm a settlement date/time until 2 days before the settlement date set on the contract. They even had a audacity to take 50% more than what we were advised and the price on their own website! In summary, it was a nightmare experience, so anyone wants a normal standard service at least, then stay clear away from them!!!!!
