27 / 07/ 2013 these chaps have just left 11 pm after 14 hours moving my partners 4 bedroom house and my 5 bedroom house into the same address in Dalkeith , storm rain cold and never said anything and incredibly no damage, I would recommend Im not sure if they would move us again thou.

"NOTHING BUT PRAISE" My wife and I moved from City Beach to South Perth but during our move our settlement on our new home went horribly wrong leaving us out in the street at 2.30 Saturday afternoon. We called the Manager of US2U Gerry who said no problem the van bit on his trucks lifts off so it could simply go to the depot for holding and as the van could be lifted on to the ground no charge for unloading into storage $ saved. He contacted a friend who owns a motel at Scarborough and arranged accommodation at a discount, the young men dropped off the babies cot and 3 days later turned up when settlement finally went through to unload our furniture. They went out of there way to assist and work very efficiently they are exceptionally polite and simply nothing was to difficult when we moved from the UK I wish we had used them. I and Natalie would happily use and recommend this company.

Dealing with the owner of this compnay was generally good and he was very obliging and undersanding when I had to reschedule (with notice) a few times. The removalist guys were pretty good - this is the place to go if you have money to burn. We originally were only going to get them to move about 5 of the bigger things, however we ended up getting them to take a few other things too which we had mostly moved next to the front door or on the verandah to make access and removing quicker (none of the boxes or smaller pieces though). At the end of the day we had a 2 bedroom house to move literally about 4 minutes drive away and it ended up costing $530.00, which im sorry, but for that amount of stuff we had (lounge, armchair, coffee table, TV, small cabinet, short cupboard, cubboard, 2 small dressers, 1 table, 1 desk, dryer, fridge, some chairs, punchbag, clothes rack, 2 beds and maybe a couple of other things) this price was a bit excessive, also as we were quoted approx. $130 cheaper by another company who had previously moved us (albeit not the best), and was expecting about the same from this company. Do also be aware that they charge from the time the leave their depot in Bayswater to the time they get back - there is not set charge there as far as thats concerned. We were charged for app. an hours travel time from Bayswater to Carlise (11.4km each way)and back. I have since contatced the owner who has said he is looking into it for me, but to be truthful im not expecting to see any money back as he seemed to think that was a reasonable price to pay...maybe i'll be surprised. Just checked alot of our stuff properly and there is quite a bit of scratching of furniture and on our large plasma.

US2U removals moved us into our retirement home, polite men very strong and no problems oh yes and they did provide the AP discount. All in all very happy with service. Dot
