The best boot camp in canberra??? I tried to contact G-train via phone and text message, but the only correspondence I recieved was in the form of a text message 4 days later at 10pm on a monday night saying something like "sorry for the delay, will buzz u tomorrow re bootcamp" needless to say I never heard back. I have since joined another bootcamp and it is so professional I want to explode with excitement everytime I get the opportunity to talk them up. They eat, sleep and breathe fitness and the owners have over 20 years experience training Australia's finest so they really know their stuff! No offence G-train, but I have seen how you operate and you are under staffed and sloppy and you do not represent good value for money, cheap as you are.

I have tried many types of exercise and been to several different gyms in Canberra (and in Sydney). G-Train is by far the best training I have ever been involved in. There is a lot of variety across all sessions, which not only keeps it interesting, but ensures that I receive a total work out each week. Gav is a great motivator, and keeps the sessions fun, yet challenging for everyone, even though we are at different fitness levels. A very professional trainer, with excellent knowledge and ability to lead a group.

I started bootcamp at the end of last year to get fit after a couple of slack years. So far I am very impressed with the quality of the sessions and the amount I have improved. Gav's sessions are well planned and varied. He is very good at motivating you and making sure you push yourself. After only a few months I can definitely see and feel the results. I have not only lost a few kgs but I feel fitter and stronger and I strongly recommend anyone join.

I started G-Train bootcamp sessions about 3 months ago after a friend of mine encouraged me to join. At first I wasn't really interested and almost didn't show up on the first day as I have never been into exercise and had tried gym memberships etc without success... generally I find exercise monotonous and boring. However after the first session of bootcamp I was hooked. I joined the evening sessions as I am not much of a morning person. Each session the activity is completely new- after 3 months there hasn't been a complete repeat session. The location is great down by the lake and it is really refreshing to get outdoors 3 evenings a week and see a part of Canberra I never would've enjoyed before. Everyone there is really friendly and Gav is highly qualified and very good at motivating you and pushing you to your limit. I am SO grateful for my friend for encouraging me to join, it is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time, and I hope it has changed my attitude to exercise and fitness for life. My fitness has definitely improved I can see the results and feel myself continuing to improve.

I've been going to G-Train's boot camp sessions for a couple of months, and they are fantastic. Gav does a great job of keeping everyone motivated and mixing things up. It's a fantastic environment and I would highly recommend it!
