German Auto Service & Repairs

My late model Jetta was recently due for its first annual service. I was initially going to have my Jetta serviced by the servicing section of the dealer from whom I had purchased it, however a friend suggested I contact German Auto. I was really impressed with German Auto from the time of my first phone-call to them. When booking in my car for a service, the person I spoke with was really polite and accommodating. I was able to get a booking with one week of my phone call. When I asked whether I could organise a loan car, one was made available. I received a courtesy call to let me know that my car was ready for collection at my convenience and when I collected it I received a no-nonsense easy to understand summary of all that had been done. German Auto's price was competitive. Overall, a great experience.
