Extremely unprofessional. We booked them a week in advance for steam cleaning as the final act of moving out of our rental place. Had everything ready for the booked time of 11am and were sitting outside in the car all packed and ready to go as soon as the steam cleaning was finished. Just after 11am we get a call from the operative to say he can't make it until 2pm! We then had to base our whole day around them running late; killing time basically. Couldn't change to another company at such short notice and on a Sunday. They could at least have given us some warning in advance or organised someone else to do it. When they finally arrived they did the hastiest, slapdash job possible (About 5 mins actual work once, 10 mins including set up) before pocketing our money and leaving. No compensation for the inconvenience caused of course. Also be prepared for some serious communication issues on the phone; you'll be lucky if you can find enough words that both of you know to complete the conversation.

These guys are the best removalists in Melbourne in my opinion. I used them about a month ago to move from my old apartment to my new house, from the east side of Melbourne to the west side. They even stopped to drop off some furniture at my mother's place on the way. The 2 guys arrived exactly at the quoted time, and worked quickly yet efficiently. The quote from these guys was very reasonable, cheaper than every other quote I got. They did not waste any time in moving my furniture and handled all my furniture with care and delicacy. I will use these guys again anytime I am moving, I believe they are the cheapest in Melbourne, get a quote from them, you won't be disappointed with the price!

Usually moving out is a stressfull thing, but with the help of Golden Honest one stop service, it became an easy thing. This company provided me with such wonderful furniture removals and cleaning services which I have never had before. I promise I will use them again and strongly recommond them to my friends.
