The new head waiter, Fai, is fantastic and the food is great now. Don't go on Thursday though as it is his day off.

I give 2 out of 5 for this restaurant. This Saturday night I went there for a dinner with my girl friend. We noticed the menu has changed, and the price is lower and environment of the restaurant has improved. So we are happy at the beginning which get serviced quick and got an nice sit next to the window. It wasn't a busy Saturday night, and we came in at 7 PM. We did get our drink within 5 mins, but the food didn't arrive after 40 mins waiting. Then we asked the waitress who turns out is the manager of the restaurant about when we can get our food. The response we got from her was 'everyone needs to wait, and she said she can do nothing about it'. After another 20 mins waiting, we finally got our food which the rice is cold and the pork looks weird. The food is cheaper, but the quality is OK as a food court $10 food, not for a normal price over $20's restaurant. Overall it is still an OK Chinese restaurant with better environment and cheaper menu. It's just been a painful experience with a normal 40 mins waiting time at Saturday night for food, and not pleasant customer service experience provided by the manager.
