Treat you like a boss when they tried to make a sale, kick you like a ball when there are problems . dislike.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A WINE FRIDGE FROM MARION AND FOUND THE SERVICE TO BE EXCELLENT. I CANT REMEMBER HOW MANY THINGS IVE BOUGHT FROM THERE. ON OCCASION I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS BUT THEY HAVE ALWAYS SORTED THEM OUT. SO I CONTINUE TO SHOP THERE.

The sales person is hard to dealing with. Especially for the person sale for the fridges and wash machine. service it poor, and they have no idea about deliver timing. they lie to client and tell the wrong delivery time. poor service.

Buyer beware! The Harvey Norman Web site says easy returns. That is not true. We spent $450.00 on a good vacuum. It does not work on the floor surfaces that are in our home and hurts my back. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told too bad, if its not defective, we have to keep it.... With a smile. I've never felt more taken advantage of. I will not be shopping at any of the Harvey Normans, why should I when there are so many other stores interested in giving me excellent customer service?

We recently updated our kitchen and appliances and were referred to Harvey Norman by the kitchen supplier. We received outstanding service from the Harvey Norman representative, including dealing with a problem caused by the kitchen designer. A really good experience.
