Hoyts Southlands

I can sum this theater up in a single word. Terrible! The service was rushed, there was no prices listed anywhere and the little information we got on pricing was rudely conveyed and the clerk let out a *sigh* when I asked for clarification on pricing. There was assigned seating when the theater was at 10% capacity and the seats were dirty and the floor still covered in the last sessions layer of popcorn. I was given a promotional mug of a completely different movie with my over priced popcorn and drink that didn't fit in the cup holder. After leaving the theater to exchange my cup, instead of a new drink the same *sighing* clerk simply transferred what i currently had into a different cup. This was the worst movie going experience i've ever had. No wonder there are less people going to the movies, and the committed few who are left, are just being treated like a bag money. My advice is to stay at home and pirate the movie or find another theater, simply not worth it.
