You will notice I do not even rate this company with one star and the reason is they give no real service. I engaged with them some two years ago and referred several clients to them and at the end of the day their replacement staff did not listen or have the education required to suggest excellent lighting designs. They didn't listen to the clients real needs and wants. Then to top it off the company requires a contract to be signed but pricing is inflated for someone who is not a builder In this instance the client who is not a builder managed to negotiate a discount by pure belligerence. A clause in the contract was that once signed the purchaser could not change anything of the order which is fair enough. Then the day came to finalise the account and pay before delivery HS Reflections MALAGA included 3 lights in silver as they had nothing in white anymore. The client said I wanted them white and so please delete the silver ones and provide the $557 refund. The sales person then advised that under the contract he could not obtain a refund. The client responded saying he was happy to pay for the item ordered but HS Reflections did not meet the order and now want him to pay for something they could not provide. He had not changed the order, HS Reflections had. After discussions with the management, they gave an offer to the client for a refund of $300. After much discussion the client gave in and said charge whatever you want. Then delivery day came and one item was delivered was incorrect off the order and was returned. Now HS Reflections said they will send another one to them but there will be an additional delivery fee because they have already made a delivery. I would not recommend this business at all. When I first met with them they had staff that knew what they were doing and the seemed to be focused on customer service. They are not the cheapest in the market place and so should be selling on service to retina business. Their showroom has not changed at all and looks now like an old showroom but the staff knowledge and attention to clients wishes are beyond belief.

I purchased a Chandelier from here only a year and a bit ago and it has started to fall apart. When I went back to ask if they could do anything, they rudely told me it was out of warranty and all I could do was buy a new one. Won't be shopping there again.
