This lot are a disgrace! They promised me that they would save me more money than they would charge me when preparing a tax return. They then saved me $500... and guess what, charged me $500. Whats more though, they then continued sending further invoices for work which they didnt identify, and threatened to take legal action when i queried whether I owed them this money. All up, they invoiced me almost $1600. Finally, when presenting them with my bank account details to pay my tax return into, they took the details, and then attempted to use these to set up a direct debit with my bank, without my knowledge. Fortunately the bank stopped them and I have nothing more to do with them... and neither should you!
