3/3 Close to the St Kilda area where my functions were. Cosy room with everything you could need including a little bar fridge and a lovely 2-person spa bath (which was an added bonus - didn't know about that when I booked!) Really wonderful little B&B at a very reasonable price for the area (I've paid almost $100 more overnight just a few streets down for a room nowhere near as nice as this). Parking was also plentiful and easy (something I really appreciate!) I will be back again whenever I need to stay in the area.
