I cannot comment on the physical service side of Jarvis at Trinity Gardens as I live in NSW. I purchased my Ford Focus 3 years ago and have rang them a number of times for different advice on parts and servicing and I have found all the staff to be more than helpful and very polite and know what they are talking about. The initial purchase of the car was trouble free and Jarvis paid the freight with Toll transport right to my door in NSW at no charge to me. I now still refer to them to check part numbers for plugs/ oil and filters for each scheduled service so that I know I get genuine parts supplied. The Ford dealers in our area are rip offs and were so rude when I wanted to purchase by walking in their front door ... I just completely eliminated them from my considerations. I still refuse to deal with them for servicing and spare parts as I have found Jarvis much cheaper for the parts with a small amount of postage ie $10 for small parts like plugs and filters. I can only praise them and I love my XR5 focus the best car and such fun to drive .

Quotes were $2100 for a new clutch, but when I took it in a few weeks later, I was told it would be $3700 from another service manager!! He dropped it back to $2100 when I complained. They fixed the clutch then told me the crank was broken and the motor needed replacing. We got our van back with greasy fingerprints on pannels, missing and damaged parts!! Charlotte
