Johns Landing Camping Ground

I Love this place ,Yes the entrance scares off the yuppies fagets and other frigs.Value for money cant find better, Owners Fair and Honest people. But don't all rush ,I want my spot on the grass with the boat Mrs kids and family pets! Yes this is Flano country other frigs go to a 5 star well away from me!

John's Landing is a weird little place. We stayed there for a couple of nights over Xmas 2012. It's an extremely cheap ($5 / person per night) camping ground with a fairly new and clean shower and laundry unit. The set-up is pretty basic. There are no designated camping sites. Once you enter the grounds (having paid your entrance fee), you just plop yourself down anywhere you can find a spare piece of dirt (and it's mostly dirt). Many of the residents seem to live there permanently in caravans with furniture. It was fairly pleasant while we were there, pretty quiet of an evening. Certainly a lovely part of QLD - we got up on Xmas morning and drove 15 minutes into Noosa to spend the day on the beach.

Great for real camping. Fires and pets allowed. 5 bux per person per night. Amazing positioning. Choose your own camping spot just make sure youre at least 20 metres from noosa river bed. Bring mozzie repellant.

I lived at johns landing for 1 year its not as bad as it is made out it is what it is you pay cheap prices what do you expect i quiet liked it sure the permanents weren't always cheerful but they never harmed a single thing whilst i was there like i said you get for what you pay for.

Is this the place they filmed deliverence the only person missing was Burt Reynolds.
