Kings Transport

The online booking system was a huge positive for us but it does have its flaws. I would enter in an advance time and date but when it was received on Kings end, the times would change. The staff were most of the time rude and every time I've requested VIP, its taken a good few hours to even be collected. Unfortunately the service isn't reliable enough for us and we have started looking at using another company.

I booked Kings to transport a bookshelf. The contract you have to sign removes all liability from them. No matter how careless they are, it won't cost them a cent. I should have been more wary! The bookshelf arrived with a deep dent in one side and 20cm chunk taken out of a corner. I emailed and called them asking to speak to a manager but they have done nothing to respond. I would warn all readers against using Kings. Don't risk it!

Kings transport is a group of about 15 compaies, who underpay their drivers, lie to their clients, go in with preditor priceing and then in 3 months increase price to client but not to driver.' Drivers and clients - BUYER BEWARE !!!
