0/3 I had to cancel the booking within 24 hrs of making the booking because of a sudden death of a family member. But they do not want to refund the deposit. Their refund policy says I need to cancel the booking 21 days prior. Normally in most of the hotels or apartments i have been to has 24 hrs refund policy instead of 21 days. And I cancelled it 2 days before the booking date. Very very disappointed with the service and the way they communicate once they receive the deposit.

3/3 We stayed at kupari appartments last October, In a well situated area. great place to stay. The manger is very pleasant. Great service. Looking forward to going back.
