Lane Cove National Park Camping, Plassey Road, Macquarie Park

Recently spent a week here in a cabin. Great park - the cabin was modern and very clean, service was friendly and the park itself is very well looked after. Kids had a great time, and loved the free spotlight tour in the evening. Location is excellent, within the national park and only a short walk to the station or a quick drive to most tourist locations. Highly recommended :)

We stayed here in our camper van whilst traveling the east coast. It's great for access into the city, a 10minute walk to the train station, then about 20 minutes on the train to the city. We got a taxi back from the city one night cost us 47 bucks! Can't fault the campsite itself

Excellent place to stay a day or a few. Top class facilities at the campground of Lane Cove River Caravan Park. A really great place to camp or to bring your caravan or campervan. Reasonable priced, very friendly and helpful staff. Clear directions supplied for anywhere you need to go. Special mention to Keith who does an excellent job looking after the front counter. Very easy to get to the city from here if you're a tourist and plenty of bush walks to explore. Highly recommended!

Congrats on your National award. Very well deserved as well. Camped here very recently and the whole experience was amazing! Top rate park and great value. Perfect camp kitchens, quiet and peaceful surroundings. An oasis in the largest city in Australia. Perfect.
