Stunning location in old possum creek school .. Modern rustic decor and surrounded by the rolling hills of the region. Staff efficient and friendly. Seafood bruschetta. Crisp sourdough piled high with luscious seafood and bathed in a macadamia romesco sauce that had just the right amount of chili to pull the while dish together ... There was no talking only murmurs of enjoyment and gratitude!!! The special of Tenterfield goat tacos were light and summery and validated the principle of always choosing what's on special! Their steak sandwhich was generous and incorporated local washed rind cheese, home made slaw, lush baked on premises sourdough and a home made spicy BBQ sauce. We finished with a strawberry marscarpone tart with lemon curd and crystalised mint was simply delicious! They do a breakfast degustation here on Fridays and we will be back to check that out!!!

You won't find a more delightful cafe, tucked away along a winding road, a stunning country drive later, and you will find outstanding service, an exemplary menu, gorgeous local produce and friendly staff. And as a fan of soy chai latte myself, their house-made chai is one of the best blends I've ever tasted. We send all of our SummerHills Retreat guests to Liliana's (it's only 5 mins from us) and it never disappoints.
