0/3 Hated it, I recently purchased a Nokia 2690 from Dick Smith Mandurah. It has an advertised battery "stand by time" of 335 hrs but only achieves at best 165 hrs. Knowing this they refused me a refund or replacement suggesting that the problem was Nokia's. Nokia say there is nothing wrong with the mobile phone. Don't believe anything these people say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3/3 I recently spent time looking for an Apple iPod Hifi speaker box. Despite being the best on the market they are no longer being made. I located some at Dick Smith branches in W.A.. John Clooney , the manager at the Mandurah branch went right out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted. I am now one extremely satisfied customer ! This guy deserves a round of applause.
