Melbourne BIG4 Holiday Park

Too expensive for what they offer. It's clean and ok but 70$ for one night is too much. Especially if a 22kV powerline leads directly over the campground and the distance to the tram is 15min - that's not "direct connection" as advertised.

This is a fantastic park, staff always willing to help and if they don't know the answer will try to find it for you. We have stayed there four times in the last three years, twice in cabins and this year twice once in an ensuite site and then a powered site.The entrance does not do it justice such a large site so clean and well kept. The spa well words cant recommend it highly enough. The pool although not as warm as the spa is great on a hot day. The only place we will stay when we come to Melbourne. See you next year Melbourne BIG4 Holiday Park on our way back from my nephews wedding in WA.

Stay here for a wedding with friends was great facilities and nice place to set up base in a different state. A large group of us plenty of room, helpful staff!! Thanks guys!

Great Park Friendly Staff, close to Transport and the City. Had an Ensuite Van Site very clean and spacious Amenities. Stamp-Crete level slab. Would stay again.

One of the rudest hospitality employees I have ever come across. The Park blame the Watts family company for the disgusting filth in the toilets . Sad to see a once highly respected Australian company deteriorate into 'The Faulty Towers' of caravan parks. In spite of questionnaire feedback requesting toilet brushes 2 months ago and a promise they would be there 3 weeks ago still no brushes. They treat guests like blithering idiots as someone goes in and signs amenities are clean and yet they are filthy toilrt bowls.Stay away as other parks much better.
