Neil Maurice Appliances

I recently had a problem with my washer (due to my own negligence - overloading machine instead of doing 2 seperate washs lol), i described the situation and gave details about the machines make and model to neil over the phone, he seemed to no exactly what was wrong and didnt waste any time trying to diagnose the problem, we made an apointment for that afternoon,he was punctual, the service was swift and proffessional and about an hour later i was washing a new load of dirty work clothing in my good as new machine (actualy it was running better than before) :) , im happy to recommend this company, thier service was far superior to certain other local companys (no need to name names) that i have regretfully used in the past and i will not hesitate to use them again in future if the circumstance arises ;) gary
