My family of 3 Adults and 2 children stayed here under a time share plan for a week. We checked in to a 2 unit bedroom and found the place alright in terms of neatness and cleanliness. We found that the moment we opened the entrance door of the apartment they was an odour and we just went about with it and kept the windows open. During our week's stay, we did some cooking and used the BBQ outside. Before we checked out, we stripped the sheets off the bed and did as we were instructed to leave the sheets and towels by the door. We vacuumed and mopped the entire place before we returned our keys on Saturday. We paid for a bowl we broke and settled up and left. Last month to our horror and disgust, when we received our credit card statement, we were charged AUD 200 and this transaction took place 5 days after we checked out. I wrote to their official website twice to enquire and no one replied. I called to ask them of this charges to which a staff told me that it was for cleaning charges. Apparently, there was vomit/ some substance they detected under UV light. They claim that the unit smelled if cooking odour, etc. I will not disagree that we did not cook as we did and cleaned up thoroughly and the vomit they claimed on the carpet totally puzzled me. What I can't comprehend is - where is the decency of the management to CALL us to tell us about it in the first place. What gave them the right to charge us without consulting us first? I last spoke to a staff from the resort on 1 August who promised to email me the cleaner's bill and is yet to do so to date. She has neither called not emailed. She never called us before charging our card but said that she did. This resort is absolutely beautiful but a shame that it is so terribly and poorly managed and a RIP OFF in our case. BEWARE

Poor Customer Service. Nepean Country Club looks as though it would be a beautiful place but I wouldn't know. I attempted to book but the customer service representatives were so unprofessional and unhelpful that I didn't end up going. Due to unavoidable circumstances I was unable to book in the usual manner, after approaching them to find some sort of resolution they steadfastly refused to deviate from policy to accommodate our situation. You might expect this kind of behavior from a bank or phone company, but certainly not from a country club!

A nice resort with plenty of amenities. One big drawback is a requirement to phone book on only the previous day before coming on a day visit, which we couldn't do. Managment are adamant about this and will not make any exceptions. We took up their option of a full refund and cancelled our membership because of this. A great shame.

I go there all the time with my family! We have time share there so we get Great offers! They have an inside & outside pool, a spa outside, 3 tennis courts, a games area, geese to feed, a kid's play ground, a mini golf course, a basketball court & an old baseball/criket court and board games that you can borrow! It is Very fantastic!

Nepean was always a great timeshare resort with excellent amenities but in the past couple of years they have done an amazing job. They must have spent millions in the upgrade and the rooms look great and are so new and clean. The staff are very accommodating and I think the what a let down comment does not reflect on our experience at all? Were they staying at the same resort? Anyway, Nepean is first rate, and still in a wonderful location. You will enjoy it, just like we did for our week...
