Really enjoyed this place and got more that what I would have expected. The food was really lovely and the service was also very good. The only problem is that our table was situated near a door which let the cold in. Other than that I would highly recommend this restaurant for a casual eat to a very formal event.

I organised my fathers 60th to be at Nuevo 37, the food was great and the service was first class. Ashlee and the other staff did an amazing job looking after our group and so did the other wait staff that assisted. Ashley did a great job to ensure the kids were looked after as well. I must admit I didn't know there was a Hilton at South Wharf, but I am glad I do now as I will be going back.

Okay there were a couple of things: * They took $100 off my matercard as some sort of bond. However they didnt tell me they were doing this at all and I only figured it out when I checked my account balance. They also said it would be funded back to me straight away and that stil hasn't happened. * I was woken up at 9o'clock by a staff member asking if we'd used anything form the mini bar? We were trying to sleep in and it was ruined! * the bed sheets werent very clean had a big mark on them
