O'Brien, 45 Davies Road, Padstow

Never again will I deal with O'Brien's. I supposedly had a NEW WINDSCREEN fitted & when collecting the car the screen was filthy, the pillars on both sides had several black fingerprints, the in car camera wire was hanging down & the unit not refitted. AT NIGHT, RAIN & IN CERTAIN LIGHT THE WHOLE SCREEN HAS A SMOKY HAZE & IS DANGEROUS. I took the car back & the company cleaned & polished the glass, but its still the same. THREE adults witnessed the difficulty seeing through it, even though it had been cleaned inside & out that same day. THREE times since I have been back & once they visited home. All they want to do is polish it again & haven't replaced it. O'Brien's NON service sucks. I certainly would NOT recommend them.

Excellent service. Completely professional and thorough - right down to moving my stickers and eTag (including a replacement sticky-back) to the new glass. Thanks, Damien (fitter 49) - you're a champ!
