3/3 I bought a Packer wardrobe around 5 years ago for the house I was renovating. Just recently I had an issue with the mirror in the door coming loose, I called them up and they sent some one over within within a few days and had taken the door away. They replaced everything and came back and fitted it AT NO COST!!! I could not be happier with their service even 5 years after buying it. Love a company that stand by their products.
