Pizza at Christies, 9 Midhurst Avenue, Christie Downs

I alwas judge a pizzeria by their Hawaiian pizza and this one Rocked! Pizza At Christies has a great range of size options for pizza, friendly staff, quick cooks and a clean open-plan shop where you can watch them prepare your pizza. The Hawaiian had a perfect balance of ham and pineapple. The sauce was excellent, with italian herbs to flavour the tomato. (Instead of nasty black pepper.)The cheese was golden brown and crispy, but also nicely stringy and melted still. I sat on the handy outdoor furniture that was set out just outside, with a cool lemonade, ate my small hawaiian and watched the sunset... Awesome. All in all, a perfect way to end the day. 5/5 Stars.
