Port Central Shopping Centre

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this store today.Two days ago I spoke to a shop assistant and made enquiries about returning a pair of shoes as I had lost my receipt. This lady was very helpful and told me that she give me a refund but it could only be at the lowest price the shoes had sold at, which was 40% off as I didn't have my receipt. I said that I was happy to accept this refund if I could not find my receipt. I took the shoes back today, two days later, and was refused the refund by another shop assistant who was outwardly aggressive and rude toward me. When I asked why she was treating me so badly she said that customers like me did not deserve any better. I left most embarrassed and upset with a credit voucher which is totally useless to me as I do not intent to return to this Williams store and risk the chance of being treated in a similar fashion. This is certainly not the way for a business to look after their customers.
