The accessibility to the highrise Q1 at this present time being the 15th off april is very poor you. As roadworks now with the installation of the new tram system is quite frustrating. Most certainly not appealing for those you are staying at the hotel resort, especially for the guests quote 'paying' guess whom are made stay on eastern side of the building is a complete nightmare where is work going on early in the morning and at night and I even on saturday morning when they were down trees. What is service? Does not under any circumstances provide any service to it's' 'PAYING ' guests' other than normal house keeping.
