1/3 A slightly weird feel dominates this complex, and not necessarily in a bad way. The food-court is the main attraction, and the shops are a little hit and miss. There's an odd feeling to the complex and it's certainly not the first place I would even think of to go shopping in. QV lacks any significant identity, leaving me confused as to what it is beyond a Big W (hidden in the basement), a food court spread over multiple levels, and a bowling alley with an obscure entrance. It's worth a look if you're hungry and unsure what to have.

2.33/3 High end boutiques are the highlight of this historic building. nice to wander around. check out the pop up shops on the top level.
