0/3 Russel is a dishonest and untrustworthy plumber. We asked for an emergency call out to fix a leaking tap, we were told that we needed a whole new tap set that would cost in excess of $700! Plus a $340 bill for 15 minutes work on a Sunday. We then had our Club plumber inspect the tap, and all that was wrong with the tap was that a bolt was loose, a 30 second job. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!
