Rental Express Property Management, 1/117 Scarborough Street, Southport

I have been dealing with Stuart and Hazel at Rental Express for the last 4 months. I was with another local agent and it was a living hell. I tried to move my investment property over to Rental Express because they manage other properties for me in Brisbane. Even though the other agent failed in their contractual duties that has cost me $1000's of dollars they would not let me transfer my property over to Rental Express, even though they were in the wrong. It has taken 3 months to get the property over to Rental Express, I am extremely happy and i met with the tenants today and they are very happy as well( they had reported numerous maintenance issue to my previous agent and that agent never informed me)
