Been shod by Rosenbergs for over 25 years - my adult kids all have fairly large feet, one size 17, the others from 11 to 13, my wife a 10+. All of us have bought footwear when in Melbourne from the store & on line when home in Sydney. Great service, obliging, informed and a large range (pun intended) at very reasonable prices. It is hard to reconcile Tadek's comments with my own long term relationship with Rosenbergs. I have no doubt that the folk at Rosenbergs would have addressed his concerns if he had extended them the courtesy of a phone call before posting his remarks. Regards to all at 65 Chapel Street.

Nasty like sales women. very blunt and uninformed as well. shoes not priced correctly as they were to lazy to do there job.. and when i did find a pair they were over priced to what was marked. all so when i rang them up, they lied to me on several things, and when my friend went to buy some boots. her pick was of one colour only. travel along way to shop there, wont make that mistake again.

Stuart and his wonderful staff always give excellent service and attention to detail to the big man and the big man's shoes.
