1/3 Room is getting tired and needs a reno. Bed was a little soft for me but comfortable otherwise. Bathroom is very dated and had mold. Very poor for this style of hotel. Breakfast was good. Garden trees in the middle are nice to sit in etc

1/3 Good sized room but frankly one of the most boring hotels in the world. No one is in the bar and the restaurant is average. But there is good news - just down the road is Manuka with lots of cafes and restaurants.

2/3 Room was great, service was excellent. Was given complimentary drink and 1pm checkout. The bar staff made pink lemonade for our 2 yr old and on return to our room after a walk there was a colouring in book on the bed!!! Very thoughtful.

0/3 Nice Bed. The breakfast was OK. Everything else was terrible. The room was smelly, the carpet was dirty and there was mould in the bathroom. The internet connection was poor. Wireless was unusable and wired came with a 50cm cable! Not coming back.
