Beware of serious overcharges! They tried to charge me EXTRA 150% on top of quoted price (came to over $300 a suit)! Hired 3 suits in May. Confirmed the price during booking and fitting - $99 for a suit. A little extra if take for a shirt and vest. Was charged $465.00 (which a bit higher than quoted). Then as a 2nd transaction straight this - $655.00 (NO KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!), and a 3rd transaction of $50 (don't know what was that for. All was returned in good order). When questioned this cost was told “Our location does not participate in online promotion of $99 a suit. It cost $350 here” (or a similar cost). I told her that nothing in online promotion said it's for selected locations only, and this was the price the same saleswoman quoted me last week. And the saleswoman with the attitude “Whatever” in her voice said “We do not participate in inline rate, but I will give it to you anyway” and refunded me $655. Ridiculous! Will never use them again. And do not recommend others. Oh, and they do not give a written quote. So not like you can show it latter.
