3/3 We called into the St Georges Bakehouse yesterday for a pie, and we were all quite amazed at the quality and value for money that was offered. I had a Steak and Mushroom pie and I've got to say it was the best I've ever had. A very generous amount of meaty filling contained within nice pastry for a reasonable price. The rest of the family had other 'flavours' of meat pie and they all thought they were delicious. The Pepper Steak pie was particularly nice, but it was also very spicy.
