Until Friday 8th November 2013 I had nothing but praise for Steinborner Holden, however, on that day I had to revise my opinion. On asking for help at the service department, I was given the brush off. My problem was obviously too much trouble for the staff member I spoke to (a senior member by the appearance of the man). Apparently they don't have a diagnostic tool for my vehicle, but as they sold it to me and have been doing the servicing for it, I wonder what they have been doing and I have been paying for, for the past couple of years. I will no longer be a client.

Just over 12 months ago, my son and daughter in law purchased a new Barina from Steinborner, due to unavailability of colour chosen ( excessive delays) they settled on a different colour. The car developed major transmission problems that I feel are a safety concern for my grand-daughter when she is in the car. The issues have not been rectified. A letter has recently been sent to Michael Steinborner which we are waiting to see the outcome. I will update this post as progress takes place. At this time I would not consider a Holden and/or Steinborner at all.
