Called re new type of anti-depressant without a particular side effect. Explained that doctor was not helpful in providing information about it. Asked about its availability, or how I could find out about its availability in Australia. Was asked personal questions about side effects even though this person is not a medical professional. Was treated condescendingly and told to "Go speak to your doctor...okay". When she (Alison) knew that I had already tried this and it did not help me. Found international website that sells drug in Australia despite being told that it is not available here. Tried to call Alison back to let her know so she can be of assistance to people with similar queries and she refused to come to phone and palmed me off onto someone else.
