The Music Shop Western Suburbs

I called up two weeks ago and specified what microphone I needed to hire and when it was to be picked up. I asked them to write it down as it was a family member that would be picking it up for me and they don't understand the different jacks. I also told him that I could only get someone to pick it up Thursday as the event was on Friday night. The man assured me this was fine and quoted me $10. When my family member went to pick up the microphone, they were told they would be charged $20 as it was over 24 hours. This would have been fine if they would have told me this over the phone!!! I had to reschedule some things for it to be picked up on the Friday which was very frustrating! Too top it off the person I spoke didn't write done the type of microphone I was after, so I was given THE WRONG MICROPHONE! I run my own business, so I know it is vital to listen to your customers and I would hope they can only learn from my terrible experience with them. Never will I go back there again!

The service I've received here has been nothing but a pleasure, the owner of this store made me feel at home the minute I walked in. He is passionate about music and takes pride in his business.
