The Myer Centre, 91 Queen Street Bus Station, Brisbane

The Myer Centre is a comfortable, air-conditioned area in Queen Street Mall, with numerous shops available, including the eponymous Myer. With six levels in all, retail coverage is quite comprehensive; there is also a cinema complex on the top level and food services throughout. The complex is not designed for children or families; I felt the target demographic were in the 25-35 range. The Myer Centre is well worth a visit on a hot day or one with a little spare time for some retail therapy, but is not suitable for a family outing, unless you're going to dump the kids in the cinema. Tip: The Tie Rack (just to your right after you enter from Queen Street Mall) is one of the best places in the city I've found for extremely good quality ties, with very aggressive discounting of last season stock. The staff there are also friendly and knowledgeable, and would get a 3 for quality, appeal, and service if taken alone.

Everything is a bit odd, your better off going to another shopping center. They no barely no place to seat and people are always ubumping into you. Might be better if they had some entertainment that people actually like.....
