The Waterline Restaurant

We went to the Waterline for lunch on Saturday 31 August 2013. We had made a reservation and we arrived to a queue which we had to stand in, the person behind the desk was taking orders and preparing drinks after a wait we got to the counter to be told where our table was and told when we are ready to order come up to the counter. After looking at the menu and deciding we again joined the queue which this time was twice as long, we ordered our lunch and some drinks, which we finished well before our lunch arrived we would of loved another drink but the queue was getting longer. There must be a better system it turned our lunch out into a very ordinary experience after we had heard good comments about your restaurant and we won't be repeat customers.
